Our Weekend Adventure

Our Advertising Campaigns class just returned from a weekend adventure of the North half of the Texas Forts Trail. The itinerary for the weekend included: On Saturday, February 23rd, we visited The Hilton Museum in Cisco followed by Gordon Center in Thurber, we had lunch at Mary's Cafe in Strawn then moved onto the Palo Pinto Old Jail Museum, Crazy Water in Mineral Wells, Fort Richardson in Jacksboro and finally we stopped for the night at Wildcatter Ranch in Graham.  On Sunday, February 24th, we continued our journey first stopping at the Old Post Office Museum in Graham then traveling to Fort Belknap.  After we left the city of Graham we moved on towards Albany where we visited Fort Griffin and the Old Jail Art Center.  Finally, we stopped at Fort Phantom Hill before returning to Hardin-Simmons.

As a class we have developed QR codes, you may use a smartphone to scan them to be linked to other sites involving our trip if you wish to have more information!
